Why can't I export the PDF until the books balance?
This is intentional — it's our core value. Court filings that don't reconcile get rejected, which costs you another filing cycle. We refuse to generate a PDF that the court will send back. Fix the discrepancy (the dashboard shows you exactly where) and the export button unlocks.
Which state court formats are supported?
We support the general format accepted by most US probate courts (itemised receipts, opening/closing balances, statement of reconciliation). State-specific overlay formats (e.g. Florida Annual Guardianship Report, Texas Annual Report) are being added per state — check the in-app state selector.
Can I use this for co-guardianship?
Yes — multiple co-guardians can share access to the same ward's records via end-to-end encrypted cloud sync (roadmap). The license is per-ward, so co-guardians share a single license.
Is it free?
Yes — all fidubond products are free to use during the current beta period. If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be notified well in advance and never charged automatically.
Is the ward's data safe?
All data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB with master-password encryption. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
Will this satisfy my court-appointed attorney?
Our reports follow the format most US probate courts require for annual guardian accounting. Your court may have additional local requirements; the in-app state selector surfaces known variations. We're not a substitute for legal advice from your court-appointed attorney.
